ABOUT YOUR WORKSHOP LEADERS:
 Theodore Michalke is a Founder and Managing Partner of NEUSTRATEGY, a
healthcare consulting firm based in Chicago. Prior to NeuStrategy, Ted
was a Senior Vice President at NeuroSource where he launched and oversaw
the company’s neuroscience and orthopaedic consulting services
as well as the company’s joint-venture physician-hospital partnerships.
Before joining NeuroSource, he headed development for the Chicago Institute
of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch (CINN) and helped found the American
Gamma Knife Network.
 Lynn Gordon, JD a Partner in the firm of UNGARETTI
AND HARRIS in Chicago, practices exclusively in the area of
corporate healthcare law. A Loyola University Chicago School of Law
graduate, Lynn has a particular interest in the transactional, regulatory
and operational legal counsel needs of hospitals and health systems,
including mergers and acquisitions, hospital-physician joint ventures,
contract drafting and negotiations, physician recruitment and corporate
